Shipping Policy

At Love Pastry, we want your cookies to arrive fresh and delicious. That's why we've established the following policies to provide you with the best possible experience.

Shipping Days: We ship orders on Mondays to help preserve the freshness of our products during transit.

Shipping Area: We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico via USPS.

Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Pickup: You can pick up your order on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide available tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Delivery: We recommend keeping an eye on your delivery to help preserve the freshness of your cookies.

Weekly Menu Orders: Orders placed from Saturday through Thursday are processed on Friday and shipped on Monday. The current estimated transit time is 3 to 4 business days after shipment.

Shipping Responsibility: Love Pastry is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after the package has been handed over to USPS.

Love Pastry is also not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information may be subject to an additional reshipping fee.

Additional Notes: Please carefully verify your address before completing your order and allow for possible additional delivery time during high-demand seasons or adverse weather conditions.
